17:53..lol..cant believe i ran 17:53..cut down 2 mins n 5 sec from the previous run..woaa..i long time nv clocked this timing le..feel a sense of achievement though i still fail..haha..
now i tink i finally figure out the formula behind running non-stop for a few consecutive rounds..tt is not to tink of anything! or tink of a song..n sing in ur mind..then after tt..u'll realise tt u had ran like duno how many rounds le!! haha
woaa..17:53..duno whether i can still run this kind of timing or better next wk..i seriously hope so..it's been a long time since i passed le..GANBETTE!!
