I seriously do not get it.

Is it so hard to get people to reply to emails and smses?! All it requires is a simple click and a touch of a button and viola! Done! Simple.

It is just so hard to lead at times when people are all waiting for you to make a move to guide them forward and yet at the same time, are not trying to make the process easier for you.

I will not be smiley and cheery at all times, believe me when I say that. Positive energy drains away fast and is hard to keep up.

Oh gosh, our group dynamic is just not there...
